Video Presentation Guidelines
Full papers (Option 1) must be asynchronously presented through a video recording. Please follow these technical requirements:
- Duration: Between 5 and 15 minutes.
- Formats: MP4, AVI, MKV, FLV, or MOV.
- Content: Presentations may include slides, the speaker’s image, voice-over with graphics, or a combination of all three.
- Submission Method: Upload your video to an external platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, etc.) and share the link in your assigned virtual forum during the conference.
- Optional: You may also send your link to the secretariat until March 12 at: civae.arts[at]gmail.com

Note for Option 2: Abstracts will be presented via a poster, which must be sent together with the abstract during Step 1. While not mandatory, authors of Option 2 may optionally record a video presentation following the guidelines above.
Virtual Conference Platform
The CIVAE 2026 Conference will be hosted through a dedicated virtual environment. Please note: All participants who have successfully completed their registration will receive their individual access credentials via email one week before the start of the conference.
This email will include your unique login details, technical requirements, and a user guide to navigate the virtual forums and presentation rooms.
*Login credentials will be active seven days prior to the event.
