REGISTRATION
You can only be registered if you have paid the conference fee and the payment proof has been attached to the registration form.
1. Proposal submission deadline: February 25 (notification of decision: March 2).
2. Author registration deadline: from December 1 to March 7.
3. Virtual presentation deadline: March 12.
THE CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES
(1) Digital certificate for each presentation.
(2) Digital certificate of attendance (20 hours).
(3) Publication of accepted papers in the Conference Book of Proceedings with ISBN, ISSN and DOI.
THE CONFERENCE FEE IN EURO
- Single author registration: 125 EUR the first paper
- Two to three authors registration: 250 EUR the first paper
- Four to five authors registration: 375 EUR the first paper and 55 EUR per additional paper if presenting more than one paper at the conference*.
- Groups of more than five authors: civae.arts [at] gmail.com
- *Each author can submit up to 3 papers.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat of the congress through email: civae.arts[at]gmail.com
• A refund will be given for cancellations received before January 31, 2026. Cancellation fee is 50 EUR.
• Cancellations notified after January 31, 2026 will not be eligible for any refund.
HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register, please fill in the online registration form. You will receive a Confirmation of Payment/Registration together with the conference access after the payment has been received.
