Guidelines, Ethics & Form
CIVAE 2026 | Submission & Process
CIVAE welcomes theoretical, empirical, and/or practical approach proposals that align with the Conference topics. The official language of the conference is English; however, authors can submit original proposals in either English or Spanish under two modalities:
PEER REVIEW & PUBLICATION
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific quality. In this regard, please note that the deadline applies to the submission of the final content (Full Paper or Abstract + Poster), since the committee evaluates the definitive materials intended for publication. Consequently, Adaya Press (a partner of Web of Science) will publish accepted works in the CIVAE 2026 Digital Book of Proceedings.
The publication will include ISBN, ISSN, and DOI identifiers to ensure international visibility and indexing.
Important Deadlines 2026
1. Proposal Submission (Full Content)
Note: The Scientific Committee evaluates submissions on a rolling basis. As a result, early submissions will receive feedback and notification prior to the final deadline.
Please consult the detailed guidelines below before completing the submission form. Note: For multi-authored proposals, only the designated corresponding author should handle the submission process.

Therefore, all parties (authors, editors, and reviewers) must agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior:
- Authorship & Originality: All submissions must be original. Furthermore, authors must transparently declare any use of AI, as AI tools do not meet authorship criteria. In this regard, the organization strictly prohibits plagiarism.
