Important Deadlines 2026
1. Proposal Submission Deadline: February 25 (Final notification: March 2)2. Author Registration Period
Important: Authors must complete their registration by March 7 to ensure their work is included in the 2026 Digital Book of Proceedings.
Registration Categories & Fees
Registration fees are calculated based on the total number of authors listed in the manuscript, independent of their virtual attendance at the conference. Furthermore, authors must settle the one-time payment in Euros (€).

Registration Fees per Author
The following rates apply for the first manuscript. Additionally, each additional paper (up to a limit of 3 per author) carries a supplementary fee of 55 EUR.
- • Single Author: 125 EUR first paper + 55 EUR per additional paper.
- • 2 to 3 Authors: 250 EUR first paper + 55 EUR per additional paper.
- • 4 to 5 Authors: 375 EUR first paper + 55 EUR per additional paper.
- • Groups (>5): Please contact civae.arts[at]gmail.com
The Registration Fee Includes:
- Official Digital Certificate for each paper presented.
- Digital Certificate of Attendance (equivalent to 20 hours).
- Exclusive access to the CIVAE virtual platform and forums.
- Publication in the 2026 Book of Proceedings (ISBN, ISSN, DOI).
- Indexing in academic databases such as DIALNET.
- Submission to Web of Science (WoS) for evaluation.
Track Record of Excellence: CIVAE Proceedings from 2020 to 2025 are indexed in the prestigious Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection – Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI-SSH). While each edition undergoes an independent evaluation process by WoS, our commitment to scientific quality ensures maximum visibility for your research.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Office. Consequently, refunds are subject to the following timeline:
- Before January 31, 2026: Refund available minus a 50 EUR administrative fee.
- After January 31, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
*Cancellations take effect only after written confirmation from the CIVAE 2026 Office.
Method of Payment
Payment details will be provided via email following the official acceptance of your proposal.
• Bank Transfer: Ensure the transfer is made as an “OUR” payment (all bank charges covered by the sender). Furthermore, the participant’s name must be clearly stated.
• PayPal: Recommended for participants outside the European Union.
• Other Methods: For alternative options, please contact us directly.
