Dr. Ignacio Moreno Nava is a Full-time Research Professor within the Bachelor’s Degree in Multicultural Studies at the University of La Ciénega, Michoacán de Ocampo, Mexico. He is the Coordinator of the Cultural Management and Digital Humanities Laboratory (UCEMICH). As a cultural manager and digital humanist, he holds the Rank of National Researcher (Level 1) from Mexico’s Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation. He is also an Honorary State Researcher at the Institute of Science, Technology, and Innovation of the State of Michoacán and holds the “Desirable Profile” (PRODEP) distinction from the SEP. He has completed research residencies at the National University of Avellaneda (Argentina) with the UNESCO/UNDAV Chair in Cultural Diversity, Creativity, and Cultural Policies; at the Rosario Institute for Research in Educational Sciences (IRICE-CONICET) in Rosario, Argentina; and at the University of Nariño (Colombia) within the Thematic Research Network in Music and the Arts. Dr. Moreno Nava participated in the organization of the Kultur und Informatik conference and has published numerous articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals and books. He has also collaborated with UNESCO in managing and organizing activities for the World Conference on Cultural Policies, MONDIACULT. His research interests include Cultural Management and Digital Humanities.

Ha publicado diversos artículos a nivel nacional e internacional, en revistas indexadas, libros e instancias internacionales como la UNESCO con la cual también ha participado en gestiones y organización de actividades en el marco de la conferencia mundial de políticas culturales, MONDIACULT.
